Team Overview

Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) provides administrative and operational support that helps CRS leaders coordinate global meetings, calendars, projects, and cross-functional activities. The team enables seamless execution for CRS leadership by supporting executive logistics, stakeholder communication, and priority initiatives across regions and time zones. This role partners closely with, and supports, the CRS Leadership Team.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Credit Risk Solutions leaders to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. 

  • Prepare, coordinate, and schedule meetings for senior-level management and other stakeholders, including logistics for off-site conferences, customer and partner events, town halls, internal associate celebrations or appreciation events, and other activities as needed. 

  • Manage complex, high-priority, and time-sensitive calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple stakeholders, cultures, and time zones. 

  • Coordinate and support multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities with discretion, accuracy, sound judgment, and strong follow-through. 

  • Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal partners, and cross-functional teams to strengthen working relationships and maintain clear communication across the organization. 

  • Anticipate executive needs by staying several steps ahead, proactively identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions that help priorities move forward. 

  • Ensure flawless execution of meetings, materials, and deliverables through exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and ownership of recurring administrative activities. 

  • Use creative problem-solving, effective decision-making, and project planning/management skills to maintain a realistic balance across multiple priorities. 

  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and appropriate escalation when issues or tradeoffs arise. 


Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • 3–5 years of experience in a related business function, enabling the candidate to support senior leaders, manage operational priorities, and coordinate cross-functional work effectively. 

  • Strong organizational, documentation, communication, planning, and project management skills to develop and manage milestone schedules/timelines and keep stakeholders aligned. 

  • Ability to work independently and handle highly confidential topics with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment. 

  • Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures, supporting global collaboration and timely execution. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience supporting complex administrative, operational, or project coordination work may also be relevant. 

  • Required Technical Skills 

  • Microsoft Word: create, edit, and prepare professional documents and meeting materials. 

  • Microsoft PowerPoint: support presentation preparation and leadership communication materials. 

  • Microsoft Excel: organize, track, and maintain schedules, project details, and operational data. 

  • Microsoft Teams: coordinate meetings, collaboration, and communications across stakeholders and time zones. 

  • Microsoft SharePoint: manage and organize shared documentation and project materials.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-priority, and time-sensitive environments.
