Asset Management China-Digital Commerce-Business Development Manager
[JOB RESPONSIBILITY]
1. Channel expansion and business cooperation: responsible for developing and maintaining mainstream Internet channels (Ant Fortune, Tiantian Fund, Tencent Licaitong, JD Finance, etc.), establishing in-depth partnerships, tapping business growth points, completing business negotiations, agreement signing and daily relationship maintenance.
2. Cooperation project management: coordinate internal and external resources (products, operations, technology, compliance, etc.) around the company's sales goals and channel characteristics, promote the approval of key projects, commercial terms and go-live execution, and ensure efficient cooperation.
3. Product introduction and marketing collaboration: combine channel user profiles and market trends to promote the listing, initial launch and sale of the company’s fund products in the channel; coordinate with internal teams to develop differentiated marketing plans to improve product exposure and conversion efficiency.
4. Industry insights and competitive product analysis: Continuously monitor the public fund industry, regulatory policies and strategic changes of major competitive products on the Internet, and regularly output analysis reports to provide a basis for the company's business decisions.
5. Performance goal achievement: Be responsible for key indicators such as the retention size, trading volume, and number of new customers of the channel, and continuously optimize the cooperation strategy through data review to ensure KPI achievement.
[Establishment Requirements]
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for finance, economics, marketing and other related majors.
2. Work experience: 3+ years of work experience in commercial, BD or channel operations of public funds, securities asset management, third-party fund sales platform or Internet financial industry.
3. Professional skills:
• Familiar with the product types and operating logic of mutual funds, and deeply understand the cooperation mode, traffic distribution rules and commercialization mechanism of the Internet tripartite platform.
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills and project facilitation skills, able to work independently from engagement to landing.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to optimize data-driven business strategies.
4. Comprehensive quality:
• Results oriented with strong self-drive, stress resistance and sense of purpose.
• Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills and ability to integrate resources to solve problems.
• Work with rigor and responsibility and adapts to fast-paced industry changes.
• Internet channel resources or successful cooperation cases are preferred.
• Some experience in copywriting or online marketing is preferred.
