Accountabilities:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles, including corporate, commercial, operational, and technical positions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview processes aligned with business needs.
    • Source, engage, and nurture candidates using proactive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure strong role alignment and high-quality hires.
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and communities to support both current and future hiring needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment guidance.
    • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data to support reporting and process optimization.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment operations and employer branding.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
      • Strong experience in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships with hiring managers.
      • Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
      • Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
      • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
      • Curiosity and interest in developing expertise in technical recruiting and understanding engineering/product roles.
      • Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, passive candidate engagement) is an asset.
      • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, or workforce planning tools is a plus.
