Accountabilities
- Manage daily project activities across multiple construction and renovation projects, typically overseeing 3–5 projects simultaneously depending on scope and complexity.
- Coordinate project meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to review progress, challenges, and scheduling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety practices, contractor performance, and overall project progress.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and delays, escalating concerns and supporting effective resolution strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved scopes of work, contract documents, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders through regular updates, status reports, and progress tracking.
- Prepare and update project schedules, trackers, and reporting materials to support successful project delivery.
- Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
- Manage project close-out documentation and ensure records are properly completed and maintained.
- Provide administrative support and assist with additional project-related initiatives as needed.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with real estate construction, capital projects, renovations, or related industries preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, and business partners.
- Ability to conduct site visits, evaluate project progress, and identify operational risks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between project sites.
- Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
