Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.Responsibilities:Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategiesIdentifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Python) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomesResponsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniquesSpecialization in digital analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics(Adobe Experience Manager applications (AEM),Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO),Adobe Target, Adobe RTCDP, Hotjar, VWO, Crazy Egg)ML & AI skills are good to haveMust have understanding of financial/ banking businessQualifications:5-8 years relevant experienceHave the ability to retrieve and manipulation dataPossess analytic ability and problem solving skillsWorking experience in a quantitative fieldWilling to learn and can-do attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptive to matrix work environmentAbility to build partnerships with cross-function leadersEducation:Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
