Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacology Specialist to contribute to a remote project focused on improving the scientific accuracy and reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems.
You will review pharmacology-related content, develop realistic cases and datasets, evaluate AI-generated answers, and help translate complex scientific concepts into clear, structured training material. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, therapeutic applications, and medication safety. Previous AI experience is not required.
CONTRACT: Contractor
COMMITMENT: Hourly/Part-time
LOCATION: Remote

HOURLY RATE: $30 - $80/h
Responsibilities
- Review pharmacology content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to pharmacology and drug-therapy questions.
- Develop realistic cases involving pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and therapeutic use.
- Create and curate structured pharmacology datasets and reference materials.
- Identify factual errors, unsupported conclusions, and missing clinical context.
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning and answer quality.
- Explain complex pharmacological concepts in clear and accessible language.
- Apply current drug-safety principles, regulatory guidance, and clinical standards.
- Document the methodology and rationale behind evaluations and recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve project guidelines and content quality.
Requirements
- PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent Degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Professional or academic expertise in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and therapeutic applications.
- Experience researching, teaching, writing, or reviewing pharmacology-related content.
- Ability to evaluate scientific information and produce clear, evidence-based written feedback.
