Accountabilities
- Conduct secondary research using internal databases, scientific publications, healthcare resources, payer websites, and industry sources to answer client questions.
- Perform market research and competitive intelligence analysis related to pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
- Develop research materials, including discussion guides, screeners, and supporting documents for stakeholder interviews.
- Participate in primary research activities with healthcare stakeholders such as payers, key opinion leaders, and patient organizations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and support strategic recommendations.
- Prepare client-ready presentations with clear structures, compelling narratives, and actionable conclusions.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and global project teams to deliver high-quality consulting outputs.
- Support projects related to launch pricing, value communication, access strategy, and healthcare decision-making.
- Translate complex healthcare information into concise insights that support client objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Around 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, pharmaceutical market access, HEOR, competitive intelligence, healthcare research, or related areas.
- Strong ability to conduct structured research and synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create professional presentations and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
