Accountabilities:
- Building and modernizing production-ready applications with a strong focus on the .NET ecosystem, C#, and cloud-native development practices.
- Collaborating with software teams, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Reviewing technical requirements, participating in architecture discussions, and contributing to technical decisions.
- Developing scalable applications using modern frameworks, services, and deployment approaches.
- Supporting application modernization initiatives, including migrations from legacy technologies to modern architectures.
- Creating, automating, and improving AI-driven testing strategies to increase software quality and reliability.
- Participating in discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Expanding expertise across additional programming languages, frameworks, cloud services, and AI technologies as projects evolve.
- Following engineering best practices related to security, performance, maintainability, and continuous delivery.
- Strong professional experience with the .NET ecosystem and advanced knowledge of C#.
- Experience developing and modernizing applications using .NET Framework and modern .NET versions.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Experience with application architecture, cloud-native development, and scalable software design.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud deployment approaches.
- Ability to work with additional programming languages, frameworks, and architectures as needed.
- Experience contributing to customer-facing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to understand customer needs, provide recommendations, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Experience with AWS services, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, or AI-enabled software solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, LLMs, Generative AI, or modern development frameworks is beneficial.
