Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and outreach campaign strategies supporting talent acquisition and public engagement goals, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external public affairs stakeholders.
    • Create high-quality written and visual content including articles, blogs, web content, flyers, advertisements, and campaign materials tailored for diverse internal and external audiences.
    • Design and produce digital and print materials using visual communication tools while ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal design guidelines.
    • Improve and maintain web content and digital assets, ensuring messaging clarity, usability, and alignment with organizational communication objectives.
    • Analyze campaign performance data, develop dashboards, and provide regular reporting on outreach effectiveness, trends, and audience engagement insights.
    • Support recruitment and outreach events such as job fairs, hiring sessions, and community engagement initiatives within the local commuting area as needed.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, refine, and deliver innovative communication concepts across digital, print, and social media channels.
    • Requirements

      • 4+ years of experience in public relations, marketing communications, digital outreach, or related roles, ideally within government or mission-driven organizations.
      • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience through progressive professional work.
      • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing or outreach campaigns focused on talent attraction or public engagement.
      • Strong content creation skills, including writing for web, social media, print, and campaign materials with attention to clarity and audience targeting.
      • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and using data to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategy.
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization abilities.
      • Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
