Associate Service Managers are responsible for driving excellent results in customer service and operational efficiency in Tesla's service centers. They must assist in daily operations to ensure outstanding results across all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financials.
Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry. Strong experience in leading teams in fast-paced environments with customer-facing responsibilities is also required.
