We power decision-making for Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates with deep data and insights.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a SAVP BSO – Product Offerings to own and drive the product offerings roadmap - deciding what we build, why it matters, and how it reaches the market with impact. This role sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and commercial execution, requiring a leader who can translate competitive and market intelligence into a prioritized set of offerings, partner closely with Product and Engineering to build them well, drive clean rollouts, and equip the Sales team with sharp, product-grounded pitches that convert.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOfferings Strategy & Competitive IntelligenceContinuously benchmark competitor offerings and features and maintain a clear view of where we lead, lag, or have gaps.Identify and articulate the top 2–3 highest-impact offerings to build at any given time, backed by clear reasoning and business cases.Translate market, customer, and competitive signals into a prioritized offerings roadmap.Product Partnership & Build ExecutionConvert strategy into clear, well-scoped requirements that Product, Design, and Engineering can act on.Strategize the build with Product and Engineering — phasing, scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions.Ensure every ticket is clearly defined, correctly understood, and driven to resolution, with no ambiguity on scope or definition of done.Go-Live & RolloutOwn launch readiness and the rollout plan for each new offering across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support.Define success metrics up front and track adoption and impact after launch.Sales Enablement & ImpactDesign sales pitches and narratives built directly on product capabilities, reflecting what the product does and where it wins.Equip the Sales team to pitch confidently and convert, and measure the impact of new offerings on the funnel.Run the feedback loop, bringing field and customer insight back into the offerings roadmap.Cross-Functional LeadershipAlign Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams around a shared offerings priority list.Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred, particularly with a focus on product, strategy, or commercialization.8–12 years of experience spanning both product and business roles — this dual background is essential, not optional.Strong product sense combined with commercial and business acumen: able to decide what to build and why it matters to revenue.Proven experience with competitive analysis and market research, and the ability to convert it into prioritized, high-impact decisions.Track record of taking offerings from idea to build to launch to adoption in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insight into prioritization, opportunity sizing, and measurable outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Sales.Experience in B2B SaaS, data, or market-intelligence products and exposure to sales enablement is preferred.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT TRACXNFixed work timings — 9 hrs × 5 days.
