Accountabilities

    • Own and execute the overall strategy for the travel agency partner program, driving growth through targeted initiatives, engagement campaigns, and commercial opportunities.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with key agency partners by identifying expansion opportunities and introducing new solutions that increase program value.
    • Develop and manage the business development pipeline for new agency partnerships and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Create and optimize partner engagement strategies through marketing campaigns, webinars, conferences, training programs, and incentive initiatives.
    • Define, monitor, and improve key performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Gather insights from partner feedback and performance data to develop actionable recommendations and improve program operations.
    • Establish scalable processes for partner registration, account management, reporting, and ongoing program support.
    • Develop and maintain training resources to improve partner knowledge, adoption, and overall program success.
    • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance partner-facing solutions, improve user experiences, and translate partner needs into product requirements.
    • Partner with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Fraud Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure successful program execution.
    • Act as a strategic internal communicator, aligning partner objectives, milestones, and priorities with broader business goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the partnership team by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and creating opportunities for professional growth.
    • Manage team priorities, resources, and workload distribution while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
    • Serve as an escalation point for complex partner challenges, providing guidance and driving effective resolutions.
    • Requirements

      • 10+ years of experience in the travel agency industry with expertise in strategy, technology, training, and business development.
      • Deep understanding of travel agency ecosystems, booking platforms, technology solutions, workflows, and user experiences.
      • Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations.
      • Demonstrated success developing training programs and delivering education through in-person sessions, webinars, or similar formats.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
      • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
      • Ability to translate customer and partner feedback into actionable business or product recommendations.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing complex initiatives.
      • Demonstrated experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance expectations.
      • Experience managing budgets and resources is preferred.
      • Ability to travel frequently, including occasional weekends or off-hours support when required.
      • Bilingual proficiency in English and French or English and Spanish is a plus.
