PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and perform daily cycle counts.
- Responsible for understanding the process for the supply, storage and accessibility of inventory items.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.
- 5S and housekeeping tasks as required by procedures.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct receiving, sorting, and distribution of inventory components from incoming shipments.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Verify that all incoming and outgoing material conforms to local and corporate quality procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by placing and taking inventory out of proper locations.
- Properly fill out paperwork for internal and external customers.
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assure that inventory is processed accurately and in a timely manner including but not limited to stock pull, issuing goods, and shipping material.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
- 1+ Years working in a Warehouse/shop related environment preferred.
- 1+ Years shipping and receiving experience is a plus, but not required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work schedule will vary to cover days and nights and will be set by manager.
- Will be required to be on an on call schedule set by manager.
- Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
- Learn to operate various types of fork lift devices and cranes.
- Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
