We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality.We're looking for a Marketing Communications Manager / Director to lead our external and internal communications efforts as we scale. This role will shape how the world understands what we're building.What You'll DoDevelop and implement targeted social media strategies to increase engagement, enhance brand awareness, and maximize company messaging across LinkedIn, X, and YouTubeCraft compelling written and visual content for social media, press releases, product launches, and other company communications — tailored to both technical and non-technical audiencesServe as the main point of contact for external PR and branding agencies while managing select communications functions independentlyLeverage your understanding of generative AI, computer vision, and robotics to accurately and compellingly communicate the company's technical advancementsPlan, manage, and execute external marketing events including tradeshows and conferences; coordinate internal employee events to foster team engagementCollaborate cross-functionally with technical experts, product managers, and executives to ensure messaging accuracy and strategic alignmentTrack industry trends and competitor activity to continuously sharpen and evolve our communications strategyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in marketing communications within the technology sectorProven ability to strategize and execute social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, X, and YouTubeExcellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex technical information into clear, compelling messages for varied audiencesExperience working with external agencies and vendors and managing those relationships effectivelyExceptional collaborator with the ability to work closely with highly technical teamsSelf-motivated with strong ownership, highly organized, and creative under ambiguityNice to Have (But Not Required)Background or genuine interest in generative AI, computer vision, or roboticsExperience in a startup or high-growth tech environmentProven track record executing successful events including tradeshows and product launchesFamiliarity with the humanoid robotics or embodied AI landscapeWhy This RoleOwn the voice of one of the most technically ambitious robotics companies in the world — at a moment when the story is just beginning to be toldWork at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and hardware, translating frontier research into narratives that resonate with researchers, engineers, investors, and the publicHigh ownership, direct collaboration with leadership, and real influence over how Rhoda shows up in the worldApply for this Job
