Meta is seeking a Customer Value Architect and Journey Mapping Lead to join the Enterprise Sales Enablement organization within our Global Business Group. In this role, you will define and operationalize how Meta's enterprise sales teams articulate, quantify, and deliver customer value across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will architect end-to-end customer journey frameworks that align Meta's advertising and business platform solutions to measurable enterprise outcomes, enabling sales teams to engage C-suite buyers with compelling, data-driven value narratives. This is a high-impact, staff-level role at the intersection of enterprise go-to-market strategy, value engineering, and sales enablement.Customer Value Architect, Enterprise Sales Enablement Responsibilities:Design and own the enterprise customer value architecture framework, including value proposition mapping, ROI modeling methodologies, and business case development tools used across Meta's enterprise sales organizationBuild and maintain a library of customer journey maps that reflect the end-to-end buying experience for enterprise clients across key verticals, identifying critical decision points, stakeholder motivations, and value realization milestonesPartner with enterprise sales, product marketing, and solutions engineering teams to translate Meta's advertising and business platform capabilities into quantified customer outcomes and executive-ready value narrativesDevelop scalable value...
