What will you be doing?


As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
•    Identify new contacts and respond to sales and events inquiries
•    Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships
•    Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions
•    Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients in a timely fashion
•    Create and communicate accurate and timely documents including, but not limited to BEO’s, group resumes, contracts, menus, diagrams/floor plans, expense reports to ensure a seamless execution
•    Organize and assist with client events, site inspections and VIP arrivals 
•    Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
•    Administrative duties such as processing mail, corresponding, answering telephones, general office duties
•    Other projects and duties as required
 

What are we looking for?


The Sales Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:


•    Exceptional communication in all forms (written, verbal, aural, and presentation) is required
•    Keen attention and a creative/innovative eye for detail
•    Ability to anticipate needs from both internal and external perspective 
•    Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
•    Advanced level MS Office suite 
 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
•    Previous experience in a sales or events role
•    Relevant degree, in a sales, business or hospitality program
•    Experience using Delphi, Cvent, Cendyne, Birchstreet
