Accountabilities:
- Support service leadership with project planning, daily activity coordination, and communication materials.
- Manage resource allocation, including scheduling, spare parts coordination, vendor support, and site project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety qualification tracking.
- Develop, update, and optimize standard operating procedures to improve service efficiency.
- Maintain calibration registers and ensure equipment remains available and compliant with required standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory, reporting, audits, vendor coordination, contracts, deliveries, and related documentation.
- Support purchase requests, purchase orders, invoice coordination, and procurement activities.
- Review project and operational documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Identify critical project timelines and proactively manage tasks through completion.
- Maintain company assets, including vehicles and related administrative requirements.
- Support additional operational initiatives and projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, technical services, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Experience in renewable energy, battery storage, construction, or service operations is preferred.
- Understanding of project execution processes, scheduling, procurement, and operational workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project; knowledge of P6 is an advantage.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $65,000–$90,000 CAD plus annual bonus opportunities.

As a BESS Service Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of battery energy storage service activities.
