What You’ll Do:

Edit 3+ AI generated short-form videos per day for Instagram Reels and Youtube

Clip, trim, and repurpose long-form podcast and educational content into punchy short-form cuts

Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and B-roll to maximise retention

Study top-performing formats across B2B and SMB niches on Instagram
-
Replicate and adapt winning hooks, pacing, and visual styles for Gushwork's audience
-
Track performance metrics (views, watch time, shares) and iterate formats accordingly
-
Manage a daily/weekly production calendar with minimal hand-holding
-
Maintain a library of assets: B-roll, music, templates, caption styles
-
Coordinate with the team on brief intake and delivery timelines

Must-Have
-
1–3 years of short-form video editing experience (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Strong understanding of short-form storytelling: hooks, pacing, retention loops

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude as part of everyday work

Willingness to learn production-specific tools: Seedance, ElevenLabs, and Kling

High output capacity: can comfortably produce 3 edits/day at quality

You actively consume short-form content and know what's working
Nice-to-Have

Prior experience with B2B, SaaS, or business-focused content
