As a Client Service Associate within the Global Research & Data Query Client Service team, you provide prompt, value-added inquiry support and manage client onboarding and access across JPMM and vendor platforms. You lead Research Access and MiFID Research Access teams, ensuring timely resolution of client requests while adhering to risk and compliance standards. You partner with Technology, Product, and Business to digitize workflows, deliver proof-of-concepts, and improve the overall service delivery model.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide prompt, value-added inquiry services and solutions for clients across Global Research and Data Query products.
  • Onboard clients to research access on JPMM and third-party vendor platforms.
  • Lead Research Access and MiFID Research Access teams, ensuring coverage, prioritization, and quality outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day client inquiries and requests, owning follow-ups and proactive client updates.
  • Ensure adherence to risk and compliance guidelines while meeting client needs and SLAs.
  • Identify issues early and escalate appropriately with clear context and proposed actions.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Business to digitize workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder forums, drive decisions, and track actions through to closure.
  • Initiate and deliver proof-of-concepts by defining scope, coordinating stakeholders, and managing timelines.
  • Review business requirements and determine feasibility using digital toolkit solutions and existing builds.
  • Coordinate change management and ongoing maintenance for delivered tools and processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bring 5+ years of financial services experience with people management of 5+ team members.
  • Demonstrate experience in Equity Research Operations and working knowledge of MiFID regulations.
  • Articulate incubation and proof-of-concept ideas clearly and execute them through delivery.
  • Apply strong project management discipline to deliver on time and to requirements.
  • Multi-task effectively and solve issues end-to-end with structured problem-solving.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders, including senior management reporting.
