You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, translating complex technical systems into seamless developer experiences. The environment is fast-moving, highly technical, and deeply collaborative, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and written communication. Your decisions will directly influence developer adoption, product usability, and the evolution of agent-friendly infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

    • Define and own the product strategy for key developer-facing interfaces, including SDKs, APIs, CLI, documentation systems, and dashboards, ensuring consistency and usability across all surfaces.
    • Engage directly with a wide range of users—from indie developers to enterprise engineering teams and AI-native platforms—to identify friction points and prioritize impactful improvements.
    • Translate user needs and technical constraints into clear product requirements, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Define what “agent-friendly” means in practice by shaping how AI systems interact with APIs, documentation, and tooling behavior.
    • Establish success metrics for each release, tracking adoption, activation, comprehension, and automated usage across human and AI-driven workflows.
    • Drive alignment across distributed teams, ensuring all interface-related work contributes to a unified and coherent developer experience.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure products, or equivalent founder-level experience with strong product ownership.
      • Proven experience owning and shipping external-facing surfaces such as SDKs, APIs, CLIs, dashboards, or developer platforms used by other developers.
      • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to read architecture discussions, evaluate API design, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
      • Understanding of how modern AI coding agents interact with developer tools, and a clear point of view on designing for agent-driven workflows.
      • Bias toward execution speed, experimentation, and iterative learning rather than overly detailed upfront specifications.
      • Hands-on approach to product development, actively using tools, writing code where needed, and forming opinions through direct experience.
      • Strong async communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a fully remote, written-first environment.
      • Benefits:

        • Fully remote work with global hiring flexibility
        • Co-working support or WeWork membership allowance
        • Equity participation (ESOP) giving ownership in the company’s growth
        • Tech setup allowance for equipment and work environment optimization
        • Comprehensive health coverage (100% employee, 80% dependents)
        • Annual company off-site in an international location
        • Flexible, asynchronous work culture with high autonomy
        • Annual learning and development budget for courses, conferences, and training
