A Day in the Life
As an Intern under the Training Academy’s leadership, you will support training and education initiatives in Robotic Assisted Surgery across the EMEA region.
You’ll gain experience in planning, organizing, and executing training events, collaborating with customers on curriculum development, and tracking outcomes.

Internship details:
• Start date: August / September 2026
• Work model: hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
• Working hours: 30 hours per week
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
• Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support proctorship logistics and coordination
• Liaise with the coordinator and Event team to ensure each event is secured from all aspects
• Provide on-site support in preparation for robotic events
• Connect with the West Europa team and act as a liaison in the execution of collaborative robotic projects
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Paramedical Studies, Business, Project / Event Management or a related field
• Fluency in English (Polish is a plus)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
• Customer-focused mindset
Would be a plus:
• Experience supporting event management activities
• University coursework in human anatomy
