Accountabilities
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of software solutions developed in Java environments.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to validate technical requirements and business expectations.
- Collaborate with development teams to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to testing processes, scenarios, and results.
- Participate in planning meetings, retrospectives, and team discussions by providing quality-focused insights.
- Monitor and report quality metrics, identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and software delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across development and quality assurance practices.
- Contribute to the adoption and evolution of testing automation solutions and quality standards.
- Solid knowledge of Java and practical experience working in agile development environments.
- Proven experience with test automation and software testing tools.
- Experience analyzing requirements and creating detailed test cases.
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing practices.
- Experience working with quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, accountability, and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments.
