Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Lead weddings & social catering strategy: Provide strategic leadership for weddings and social catering across multiple hotels, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences while collaborating with property leaders and key stakeholders.
Drive business growth: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to expand the weddings and social catering business, identify new market opportunities, and develop strategies that maximize revenue across the complex.
Deliver unforgettable celebrations: Oversee the planning and execution of weddings, social events, and special celebrations, ensuring every event reflects Hilton's standards and exceeds guest expectations.
Manage commercial and financial performance: Monitor budgets, forecasts, revenue, and profitability for the weddings and social catering segment while optimizing resources, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Develop and inspire high-performing teams: Coach, mentor, and support on-property Weddings and Social Catering teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth while promoting Hilton's culture and values across all properties.
Strengthen client and partner relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, wedding planners, event partners, and industry professionals to enhance Hilton's reputation as the preferred destination for weddings and social celebrations.
Stay ahead of industry trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging guest preferences to continuously enhance the weddings and social catering experience and maintain a competitive advantage.
