Accountabilities:
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and targeted lead generation activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract completion.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned markets or customer segments.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospective customers while understanding their business challenges and security requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with customer contacts and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value.
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities, update account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting information.
- Support proposal development and coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities forward.
- Participate in sales training, role-play exercises, and collaborative activities to continuously improve sales performance.
- 2+ years of software sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven experience selling software solutions to IT organizations or business customers.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations through web conferencing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships remotely.
- Positive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related technology industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
