Summary Legendary is currently seeking a graduate intern to support project-based initiatives within the TV Production Finance department. This internship is designed for a candidate with finance, accounting, analytics, information systems, or related graduate-level coursework who can help advance AI-assisted budgeting, incentive research, and production finance automation projects. The intern will receive an introduction to production accounting and the tools used by the department so they have a working understanding of the production finance ecosystem, including budgeting, cost reporting, payroll, accounts payable, chart of accounts, and incentive tracking. The intern will work with the team to organize budget data, document assumptions, test prototype workflows, and prepare clear materials that support future budgeting, forecasting, incentive analysis, and reporting tools. ResponsibilitiesMap historical TV budget structures, chart-of-account categories, and production assumptions to support AI-assisted budgeting workflows.Build and maintain structured data files used for budget normalization, account mapping, assumptions tracking, and variance review.Support incentive research and documentation by using department-developed AI tools to gather, organize, and summarize production incentive requirements, jurisdictional rules, qualifying spend considerations, filing timelines, and related reference materials, subject to Production Finance review.Test AI prompts, spreadsheet models, and workflow prototypes, then document outputs, limitations, exceptions, and recommended human review controls.Prepare concise summaries and process notes that translate technical findings into practical recommendations for the Production Finance team.Support Production Finance project coordination and data organization as needed, with emphasis on analytical and process-improvement work.
Requirements
