The Global Productivity PMO Leader acts as right hand to the Head of Global Indirect Procurement, owning the global productivity and savings reporting that the entire indirect organization is measured against, while driving execution discipline across category and regional teams. In addition to running the PMO, this leader directly owns the Travel (~$100M) and Corporate Services (~$30M) categories, and leads the transformation and ongoing ownership of the global P-Card program (~$50M in annual spend flow-through). The role partners closely with the Global Indirect Center of Excellence (COE) — an indirect/dotted-line relationship — to ensure productivity reporting is built on consistent methodology and independently validated data.

Global Productivity PMO

  • Own the global productivity/savings reporting cadence and governance for the Indirect organization, consolidating results across all category and regional leaders into a single source of truth.
  • Score and track category savings performance, partnering with the Global COE to ensure methodology consistency and independent validation of reported results.
  • Push execution and accountability across category and regional teams, identifying at-risk initiatives and driving corrective action to close gaps to target.
  • Build standardized tools, templates, and dashboards for productivity tracking, in partnership with the COE’s data, methodology, and analytics capability.

Right Hand to Head of Global Indirect

  • Support strategic planning, leadership reporting, and governance routines (e.g., steering committee and executive updates) on behalf of the Head of Global Indirect.
  • Lead or coordinate cross-category initiatives and special projects, stepping in to drive priorities across the broader Indirect organization as needed.

Travel & Corporate Services Category Management

  • Own global category strategy, sourcing, and supplier management for Travel (~$100M) and Corporate Services (~$30M), driving cost savings and policy compliance.
  • Manage RFx events, contract negotiations, and supplier performance for both categories, partnering with stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with business needs.

P-Card Program Ownership

  • Lead the transformation of the global P-Card program (~$50M in spend flow-through), modernizing controls, policy, and platform/process to improve compliance and spend visibility.
  • Own ongoing program governance, working with Finance, Controls, and regional teams to drive adoption and ensure compliant usage.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 category/PMO professionals.
  • Maintain an indirect/dotted-line working relationship with the Global Indirect COE to ensure the PMO’s reporting and category intelligence needs are met
