Operations Sales Specialist
Role responsibilities
The Operations Sales Specialist is responsible for providing customer service to Avera Health Plans members and their agents, answering questions about consumer sales products and services. They will also support onboarding, implementation, agent education, trainings, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, with a preference for familiarity with medical terminology and experience in a call center environment. The candidate must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily and communicate effectively.
