Accountabilities:

    The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading product initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions meet clinical, operational, and business objectives. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

    • Partner with clinical operations teams, including care management, quality, population health, and customer service groups, to identify, prioritize, and define product requirements and use cases.
    • Own and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and organizational readiness.
    • Manage end-to-end project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deployment activities.
    • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and ensure alignment across technical and operational teams.
    • Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, improve product effectiveness, and guide roadmap decisions.
    • Conduct quality reviews and audits of AI-driven workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, appropriate user experience, and alignment with approved processes.
    • Ensure product initiatives meet healthcare regulatory standards, including privacy, security, compliance, and industry-specific requirements.
    • Facilitate product reviews with leadership teams by presenting progress updates, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
    • Build strong relationships across engineering, data science, clinical, and business teams to support adoption and continuous improvement.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and user outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-focused product professional with experience building technology solutions in complex, regulated environments. They should combine technical knowledge, analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
      • Proven experience managing complex products from development through implementation and ongoing optimization.
      • Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
      • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into product decisions.
      • Proficiency with technical tools and programming concepts, including experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, querying, and collaboration with technical teams.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
      • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain accountability for delivery outcomes.
      • Experience applying AI, automation, or machine learning solutions to improve workflows or decision-making.
      • Preferred qualifications include:

        • Experience building or managing conversational AI, voice AI, or LLM-powered products.
        • Background working in healthcare technology, clinical operations, care management, or regulated industries.
        • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, CMS requirements, and state-level regulations.
        • Experience collaborating with data science and machine learning teams on model evaluation and improvement.
        • Knowledge of AWS-based development environments and productivity tools such as Jira and Confluence.
        • Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies.
        • Understanding of healthcare quality programs, population health, care coordination, or call center operations.
