Role responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead and mentor on-site managers to deliver luxury-level service and oversee customer service programs. You will also maintain high standards for presentation and manage annual operating budgets.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in luxury hospitality or a related premium service industry. A bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management is preferred.
