Assist in the implementation of sourcing & commodity strategies for all goods and/or services to achieve improvements in all areas of Quality, Cost and Service. He/She will demonstrate a moderate level of decision-making skills.Job Responsibilities:Perform all raw materials purchasing procedures.He/she will contact local and international providers for the supply of merchandise.Maintain good relations with providers of raw materials.Assess raw materials provider performance periodically.Evaluate and select the company´s raw material providers.Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.Satisfy established raw material inventory levels.Execute the complete raw material purchase cycle, from definition of the requirement to receiving the merchandise.Generate continuous improvement projects for processes related to raw material purchases.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or related functions.Experience with SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy focus.Ability to analyze supply chain data and support operational decision-making.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
