Role responsibilities
Provide high-level operational, customer service, and administrative support in the department. Be responsible for daily processing of work associated with the department, including inquiries from customers and ensuring high-quality service.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, be adaptable to change, and have at least one year of operations experience. A bachelor's degree and relevant licenses (Series 99, 6, or 7) are preferred.
