We are looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist (d/f/m) - Indirect Procurement - FTC 12 months (d/f/m) to join our Mobile Procurement Team in Berlin on a 1,5 year fixed-term contract.

About the Procurement Team

Our Procurement organization is undergoing an exciting transformation — which means real exposure, real learning, and real impact from day one. 
Reporting to the Procurement Lead, you will support sourcing activities across your assigned category portfolio, contribute to negotiations, and help translate business needs into structured procurement outcomes. 
You will work closely with both local stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, and Professional Services — and you will be encouraged to take initiative, ask questions, and grow with every project.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Min. 1–2 years of experience in indirect procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a related field 
• First practical experience with sourcing processes, supplier interactions, or contract management 
• Analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with data and enjoy drawing conclusions from numbers
• Proactive, hands-on attitude — you take ownership of your tasks and follow through, even when things are not fully defined
• Good communication and interpersonal skills — you build trust through reliability and a collaborative approach
• Genuine interest in procurement transformation and AI tools as enablers for better outcomes
• Business-fluent (minimum B2) in both German and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Support spend data analysis and contribute to fact-based recommendations for stakeholders
• Assist in end-to-end sourcing activities across indirect categories — from RFP/RFQ preparation to contract signature
• Contribute to the development and execution of category strategies under the guidance of senior team members
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently and support data-driven decision-making
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and support procurement alignment across teams
• Gain exposure to a diverse category portfolio with a primary focus on Tech, Marketing, and Professional Services
