Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute localized brand strategies that align with regional market needs, cultural nuances, and business objectives.
- Drive public relations and communications initiatives to strengthen brand visibility across mainstream and industry-specific media.
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion.
- Adapt global marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and events to ensure strong regional relevance while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Lead or coordinate regional social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with business development, operations, and global marketing teams to support product launches, strategic partnerships, and regional initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
- 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or public relations, preferably within the fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian market, local consumer behavior, and regional industry trends.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Portuguese are required; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
