**Your role and responsibilities**
Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain network devices at DC/DR/NDR sites
* Handle network issues: ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalation
* Perform basic configuration changes as per SOPs
* Share daily reports on device health and network alerts
* Support L2 engineers with issue resolution
* Coordinate with DC teams and service providers
* Maintain network device inventory and architecture diagrams
* Participate in DR drills
* Perform basic cabling (crimping, routing, etc.)

Requirements
* Educational qualification - Post graduate/Graduate/Diploma
* 5 years experience
* CCNP / JNCIP/ Equivalent SDWAN certification
* Basic knowledge of networking and devices (Cisco, Juniper)
* Understanding of troubleshooting and IT support
* Familiarity with data center or hybrid cloud environments

* Exposure to support/monitoring tools
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Exposure to Networking Products: Familiarity with installation, maintenance, and repair of Networking products, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Teradata, including understanding of the technology, operating systems, and associated software.
• Experience Working with Technical Tools: Knowledge of IBM tools, such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics, to drive automation and improve effectiveness of client operations.
• Understanding of IT Engineering: Basic understanding of installation, customization, operation, recovery, tuning, and information technology engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud Environments: Exposure to onsite Infrastructure Services, maintenance, and consultancy for Hybrid Cloud client environments.
• Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve basic technical issues related to installation, update, configuration, operations, or performance of Networking products.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Familiarity with IT Service Management: Exposure to IT service management principles and practices, including problem management, incident management, and change management, is beneficial for this role.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS), can be advantageous in providing technical support for Hybrid Cloud client environments.
• Exposure to Data Analytics: Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, such as data visualization and predictive analytics, can be helpful in analyzing and resolving technical issues related to Networking products.
