Job Description

Hybrid

This position requires working on-site 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

-Impulse la mejora continua y la innovación (por ejemplo, agilice el proceso, mejore el análisis de datos)

- Desarrolle y utilice herramientas de análisis financiero para evaluar de manera proactiva el desempeño financiero y el riesgo comercial.
- Muestre una comprensión profunda de cómo funciona la liquidación de grupos y como esto impacta el Estado de Resultados y el Flujo de Efectivo.
- Comunique de manera efectiva el desempeño financiero y los resultados del análisis realizado al Liderazgo Financiero y socios comerciales clave.
- Asistir con proyectos ad hoc según sea necesario.

- Prepare el paquete de informes para la revisión operativa mensual y / o los Indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), seleccionando el mejor método de presentación para la audiencia.

- Busca de manera proactiva oportunidades para crecer (por ejemplo, desarrollar nuevas habilidades, asistir a oportunidades de capacitación, establecer contactos, comentarios).

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Public Accountant degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in audit, finance, or accounting roles.

  • Intermediate English level.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Previous experience in a large Accounting Firm / Big 4 as an auditor.

  • Knowledge of programming languages, data tools, or database management.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to adapt to change and work with flexibility.

  • Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
