Job requirements Experience:5+ years proven experience as a SW Architect or Tech Lead , with a strong background in software development and coding in various languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java)Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and modeling toolsStrong ability to translate business objectives and challenges into technical requirements and solutions.Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesHands-on experience with relevant technologies in the business unit’s domain (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, integration tools, microservices, security protocols).Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to use AI tools effectively to accelerate software architecture, development, documentation, and engineering workflows.The following are a big plus:Leadership (or other managerial) experienceExperience with Kotlin / Scala / JavaExperience with micro-service ecosystems.Experience with event driven architectureA track record of successful project delivery Job responsibilities What will you do?Hibob is a vibrant, dynamic, happy place to work.
