Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is one of the fastest growing businesses for the company. In OCI Finance, team members are responsible for all aspects of cloud infrastructure financial planning. In this role, you will lead Data Center regional insights & actions with a focus on margin optimization.
We are looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial in nature and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment. As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.

Responsibilities
Primary focus:Lead region-level Data Center P&L reporting, scenario & investment planningDrive best practices in COGs management and topline growth opportunityPresent key findings and recommendations to Executive business/finance leadershipProvide management with consolidated insights into drivers of gross margin, as well as risks and opportunities to facilitate decision making and future business strategiesCommunicate effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issuesSupport the development of business review packs, QBRs and establishment of KPIsWork closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business teams Preferred skills & experience:Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years finance experience; MBA PreferredKnowledge of Cloud Technology and Infrastructure preferred, but not requiredStrong finance acumen, analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent financial modeling and data analysis skillsEffective communication and superior presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyAbility to translate ideas into operational steps and follow through to closureSelf-directed, proactive with skill to multi-task#LI-KNC2
