What is the opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Business Impact & Delivery will play a critical strategic role within the Creditor Distribution team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Creditor Distribution. The successful candidate will enhance project delivery capabilities, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and drive strategic opportunity identification that accelerates business growth and competitive advantage across the enterprise. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing tactical project management with strategic business insight to optimize distribution channel performance and reduce execution risk.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage high-priority projects that drive strategic value and business outcomes
  • Coordinate across business units to execute distribution opportunities and drive seamless cross-functional collaboration
  • Conduct strategic analysis including SWOT assessments, trend identification, and opportunity identification in partnership with leadership
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Senior Director and broader leadership team
  • Drive process improvements in project governance frameworks and execution methodologies
  • Optimize resource allocation and analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making

Must-have

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-priority projects in a financial services environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Project management expertise with a track record of on-time delivery
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Suite products
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance, life and benefits products, and distribution channels

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with financial services, products and pricing strategy
  • Background in process improvement and governance frameworks

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
