Sales Administrator (Maternity Leave Replacement with Potential for Extension)

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Sales Administrator (Maternity Leave Replacement with Potential for Extension) to support our sales operations and ensure smooth and efficient order processing. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating internal processes, and supporting the full order lifecycle – from order receipt through delivery and after-sales support.

The position requires close collaboration with sales, logistics, finance, and purchasing teams, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced global environment.

>      Responsible for maintaining daily contact with customers and to respond to requests.

>      Manage the order process from customers -beginning with the receipt of the order, checking and entering the order, and tracking it until it is approved

>      Responsible for the delivery process - preparation of shipping documents, invoices, customer updates, liaison with couriers and customs agents

>      Support for the repair process (RMA) with customers

Requirements

>      Academic education

>      Three years (or more) in a sales administration or sales support position in a global company – a significant advantage

>      Customer-centric orientation

>      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

>      Ability to work effectively within a team

>      Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hebrew – a must

>      Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

>      Ability to work in a high volume and multi-tasked environment

>      Proficient in Microsoft Office

>      Familiar with ERP systems (Priority an advantage)
