Accountabilities:
- Develop field service concepts, execution plans, and cost estimates for project proposals, ensuring alignment with technical, safety, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements, gather necessary information, and support proposal development.
- Conduct site assessments and contribute to design reviews, ensuring field execution feasibility and compliance with operational standards.
- Prepare technical specifications for outsourced services and evaluate vendor bids and proposals.
- Identify risks and opportunities during planning and execution phases and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Support project and site managers in executing field service activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets.
- Troubleshoot equipment and field issues, providing hands-on technical support and decision-making during on-site operations.
- Ensure availability of HSE documentation, procedures, tooling requirements, and site infrastructure readiness for project execution.
- 2+ years of experience in engineering or field service roles, ideally within the paper, power, or chemical industries.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Experience in project management or project coordination within technical or industrial environments.
- Good mechanical aptitude, including ability to use measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in field environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively (70%+ of the time) for field assignments.
