Accountabilities:
- Own and enhance sales reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, data models, and recurring business reporting used by sales leadership to make informed decisions.
- Analyze pipeline, forecasting, productivity, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for sales teams.
- Support end-to-end sales planning activities, including capacity modeling, territory strategy, quota planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive forecasting processes by improving operating rhythms, analyzing performance indicators, and helping leadership improve forecast accuracy.
- Apply AI tools and automation techniques to accelerate analysis, streamline workflows, and uncover insights that improve sales effectiveness.
- Manage ambiguous, high-impact business requests by structuring problems, developing solutions, and delivering clear recommendations.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to align metrics, planning processes, and strategic priorities.
- Build scalable processes and operational frameworks that enable a growing sales organization to make faster, data-driven decisions.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analytical function within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Equivalent experience from strategy consulting or investment banking with a focus on technology or SaaS companies will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of sales operations fundamentals, including pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, territory planning, quota allocation, and go-to-market metrics.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience building models, analyzing complex datasets, and translating findings into business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools, AI assistants, prompting techniques, or automation workflows as part of daily work to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Builder mindset with the ability to create structure, improve processes, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and formula-based analysis.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Omni, Tableau, or SQL is preferred.
- Competitive base salary range:
- $166,000 – $216,300 USD for select major metropolitan locations.
- $150,000 – $194,700 USD for other locations, including remote positions.
