The Eurofins network is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across its companies around the world.Job DescriptionPOSITION & OBJECTIVES:Real Estate Data & Systems ManagementManage and maintain Group real estate databases and reporting toolsEnsure continuous update of site data (lease terms, financial and administrative information)Create and monitor real estate projects in dedicated systemsEnsure data accuracy and consistency in line with defined KPIsPrepare dashboards and validate data outliersMaintain and update real estate documentation and guidelinesCost Controlling & ReportingPrepare and analyse periodic real estate reporting at Group levelMonitor and control real estate expenses (rent, service charges, building costs)Develop dashboards to support benchmarking and cost optimisation initiativesProvide input to IFRS 16 reporting for lease accountingLease Agreements & GovernanceSupport operational teams in reviewing lease agreements and amendmentsMonitor critical lease dates (renewals, break options, exits)Contribute to the implementation and enforcement of real estate policies and guidelinesSupport the roll-out of lease management standardsProcess Improvement & ProjectsContribute to the development and implementation of new tools and reporting solutionsSupport automation and digitalisation initiatives (e.g. Power BI, data models)Participate in cross-functional projects to improve data quality, reporting, and governanceActively identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process standardisationStakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with Business Units, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teamsProvide guidance and support on real estate data, reporting, and processesEnsure alignment between local inputs and Group requirementsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or consultingExposure to automation, process improvements, or digital tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, scripting)Experience in real estate or lease management is a plusTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools (required)Knowledge of databases or automation (e.g. VBA, BI tools) is an advantageUnderstanding of IFRS 16 principles is a plusPersonal SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentProactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsTeam player with a collaborative approachLanguagesFluent in English (written and spoken)Additional InformationWe support your development!
