We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilitiesYour Day-to-day ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection, assembly, and verification of mechanical subsystems and panel-level assembliesIntegrate structural elements including CFRP panels, sandwich structures, and mechanical componentsExecute panel assembly, including module installation and routing of wiring harnesses (RF, CAN, power, thermal sensors)Ensure subsystem readiness (e.g. antennas, solar panels) through testing and validation proceduresCollaborate with Engineering, AIT, and Quality teams to resolve integration issues and improve manufacturabilityMonitor production progress and proactively escalate blockers to maintain workflow continuitySupport root cause analysis and non-conformance resolutionContribute to First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and ensure proper documentation and traceabilityPerform or support incoming inspection of mechanical and structural componentsMaintain accurate records in line with aerospace manufacturing and quality standardsRequirements:Must HavesBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, inspection, or integration within aerospace or other high-reliability environmentsProven experience working with mechanical subsystems and structural assemblies (e.g. panels, brackets, electro-mechanical units)Hands-on experience with composite materials (e.g. CFRP), sandwich structures, solar panels, or precision mechanical componentsExperience with panel-level integration, including module installation and wiring harness routing/handlingBasic understanding of electrical integration principles, including connectors, grounding, and cable types (RF, CAN, power, thermal sensors)Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards, documentation, and traceability requirementsExperience...
