Accountabilities
- Lead the operational strategy and execution of hyperscaler marketplace programs across AWS and GCP, including private offers, marketplace transactions, funding initiatives, and co-sell operations.
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes, ensuring they remain scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the primary operational expert for marketplace technologies, maintaining system health, platform configurations, integrations, and data integrity across cloud partnership tools.
- Manage operational relationships with marketplace technology vendors while coordinating enhancements, renewals, and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline repetitive operational workflows, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, IT, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to support successful execution of marketplace and funding initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance, resolve complex escalations, oversee funding utilization, and contribute to continuous process improvements through documentation, training, governance, and system enhancements.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud marketplace operations with direct ownership of hyperscaler programs and operational workflows.
- Strong expertise with AWS and GCP marketplace ecosystems, including private offers, CPPO/MCPO models, co-sell programs, marketplace billing, and funding operations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud marketplace management platforms such as Tackle.io or equivalent solutions.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner management, opportunity workflows, and basic administration.
- Experience managing hyperscaler funding initiatives, including planning, execution, compliance, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to design, document, and optimize complex operational processes across distributed teams.
- Practical experience using AI tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and scale business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Previous experience within a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with hyperscaler partnership programs is essential.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-moving environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
