Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and curating high-quality medical documentation to support AI training and evaluation.

• Create original, self-authored medical documents including clinical reports, case studies, research papers, and technical healthcare content
• Ensure submitted materials demonstrate strong clinical depth, accuracy, and real-world medical expertise
• Contribute structured and multimodal content including text, tables, charts, diagrams, and figures where applicable
• De-identify all patient-related or confidential information while preserving educational and analytical value
• Curate diverse documentation sets (typically 10–100 pages) for varied AI training use cases
• Provide clarifications, annotations, and context where required to support data usability
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to continuously improve medical AI training datasets

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a qualified medical professional with strong experience in clinical documentation and healthcare communication.

• Advanced degree or certification in Medicine, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or related field (MD, DO, MBBS, RN, PhD, or equivalent)
• Proven experience creating clinical documentation such as reports, case studies, research manuscripts, or medical records
• Strong understanding of medical standards, terminology, and patient confidentiality protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex medical concepts
• Experience producing structured medical content including tables, charts, and visual data representations
• Ability to provide original, portfolio-based medical documentation for training purposes
• Background in clinical practice, healthcare research, academia, or medical writing is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ethical responsibility in handling medical information
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
