Accountabilities:
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify improvement opportunities, process gaps, and potential compliance-related issues.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures based on established workflows and business requirements.
- Create training plans and learning materials, including videos, presentations, templates, and process documentation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather feedback on client needs, process variations, and opportunities to enhance training content.
- Collaborate with quality teams and subject matter experts to analyze error trends, identify recurring questions, and recommend targeted training initiatives.
- Ensure operational processes and deliverables meet regulatory requirements, internal controls, and quality standards.
- Support achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and broader business objectives.
- Manage personal workload effectively to meet quality targets, deadlines, and operational priorities.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant employee health and benefits regulations and industry practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- College degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience within the Employee Health and Benefits industry.
- Experience performing quality reviews, developing processes, or supporting operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and deliver training effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- Knowledge of Employee Health and Benefits systems and applications is preferred.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $56,100 – $104,700 USD annually, depending on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
