Accountabilities:

    As a Quality Assurance and Training Specialist, you will support operational excellence by evaluating quality performance, developing training resources, and improving processes across employee health and benefits operations.

    • Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify improvement opportunities, process gaps, and potential compliance-related issues.
    • Develop and update standard operating procedures based on established workflows and business requirements.
    • Create training plans and learning materials, including videos, presentations, templates, and process documentation.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather feedback on client needs, process variations, and opportunities to enhance training content.
    • Collaborate with quality teams and subject matter experts to analyze error trends, identify recurring questions, and recommend targeted training initiatives.
    • Ensure operational processes and deliverables meet regulatory requirements, internal controls, and quality standards.
    • Support achievement of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and broader business objectives.
    • Manage personal workload effectively to meet quality targets, deadlines, and operational priorities.
    • Maintain knowledge of relevant employee health and benefits regulations and industry practices.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings experience in employee health and benefits operations, quality assurance, and training development, with strong communication and organizational skills.

      • College degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
      • 5+ years of experience within the Employee Health and Benefits industry.
      • Experience performing quality reviews, developing processes, or supporting operational improvement initiatives.
      • Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and deliver training effectively.
      • Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
      • Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office products.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
      • Knowledge of Employee Health and Benefits systems and applications is preferred.
