The Opportunity

Join National Tiles as a Trade Assistant based at our Warana store, where you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects. 

Part Time - Tuesday - Saturday 29 hours per week
$35.43per/hr + Super, Commissions & Benefits!


This is a rewarding role where you are tasked with the day-to-day management of our Trade Sales and Warehouse to achieve excellence in operations and customer experience. 

You will assist our valued customers with your demonstrated product knowledge, expert advice and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You are also required to manage the warehouse including unpacking stock arrivals, picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch, conducting stock takes, carrying our WHS audits, managing staff and general housekeeping.

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationshipswith our valued customers that drive repeat business
  • Contribute to a store experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail
  • Provide expert product advice and recommendations, proactively driving sales across the full National Tiles range
  • Recognise opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and re-engage inactive accounts
  • Manage the end-to-end process from quotes to delivery and stock management with accuracy and clear communication
  • Safely operate a forklift to assist with deliveries, arrivals and dispatch
  • Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices
