Accountabilities:
- Manage and operate CRM campaigns using the Insider platform across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and other supported communication channels.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, communication flows, and CRM automations.
- Create and update responsive HTML email templates, ensuring quality, compatibility, and personalization through dynamic variables.
- Build, manage, and maintain customer segments, contact lists, and targeting strategies based on available data.
- Schedule and execute one-time and recurring CRM campaigns while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing operational and business KPIs, including delivery, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Generate insights from campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with CRM leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and client stakeholders to define priorities, communication strategies, and technical implementations.
- Support continuous improvements in CRM operations, reporting processes, and campaign execution.
- Proven experience operating the Insider CRM platform.
- Strong proficiency in HTML for responsive email development.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and the Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Presentations.
- Experience analyzing CRM campaign performance using both operational and commercial KPIs.
- Hands-on experience managing inbound marketing campaigns and automated communication flows across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Advanced or fluent English is considered a strong advantage.
- CRM platform certifications are desirable.
