For job details, please see the Japanese description below. 【サービス内容】 中大規模のカスタム開発案件のテスト推進チームのリード。各テストフェーズのテスト戦略・計画・設計やテスト結果報告などのドキュメント作成やお客様/プロジェクトチーム間の議論/方向性付けをリードする。 【業務内容】 ・テスト方針、全体テスト計画、各テストフェーズのテスト計画、テスト結果報告などのドキュメント作成 ・開発チーム、基盤チーム、移行チームなど、複数チーム間とコミュニケーション/ネゴシエーションをして、プロジェクトリスクを考慮したテスト方針/計画やテスト結果報告を取りまとめる。 ・Defect分析、ソースコード静的解析など品質分析を行い、お客様に対して、品質評価結果を説明する。 ・望ましくない品質結果となった場合、妥当な品質アクションを策定し、プロジェクトの品質リスクを早期に改善する。 **Required technical and professional expertise** ・5人以上のメンバーがいるテスト推進チームでテストリーダーの担当経験 (と十分なリーダーシップ) ・過去、上流から下流まで一連の開発を経験していることが望ましい。 ・お客様/チームメンバーとのネゴシエーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキル ・生成AIを活用した顧客への価値提供を目的に、経験と知見を積極かつ柔軟に提案・実装した経験、スキル、マインドセット **Preferred technical and professional experience** ・お客様の期待値をコントロールできるようなコミュニケーション能力（十分な実務経験要） ・英語力(Globalとの協業の可能性も考慮し、TOEIC 730点以上、もしくはCEFR 2＋以上が望ましい) ※英文のE-Mailや文書を読める程度のスキル。英語力が高ければ活動の幅とチャンスが広がります。 IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
