Accountabilities:
- Support sales incentive plan infrastructure, tools, and systems by assisting with configuration updates, data uploads, maintenance activities, and monitoring system performance.
- Extract, clean, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources to support incentive calculations, reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, including CRM systems, financial systems, and operational databases.
- Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting calculation logic, incentive rules, and automated processes used for payout calculations.
- Investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution.
- Prepare sales performance and incentive payout reports, including reconciliation and validation activities.
- Contribute to reporting automation, dashboard improvements, and data visualization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation related to processes, data flows, system logic, and governance standards.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce.com, particularly CRM Analytics, and managing data within CRM environments.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and/or SQL-based data environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data issues, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote, global environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with sales incentive compensation processes or platforms such as Xactly, Anaplan, Everstage, or Spiff is a plus.
